About the role
ZAVA is growing across the UK and Europe. Due to the acceleration of the MedTech market and Weight Loss medication, we are scaling up our services and team to deliver this growth.
One of our main income streams is providing systems that underpin Superdrug Online Doctor, an area we are keen to grow. As a Commercial Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the Superdrug Online Doctor business on a day-to-day basis, supported by a Senior Manager, forming a bespoke team of two that sits within the wider marketing function.
You will be based out of our London HQ; however, we are currently operating as remote-first, therefore, there are no set office days required. We get together occasionally at our office in Farringdon.
What you'll own
£ multi-million marketing budget management.
Revenue performance.
Service development. You’ll work with our in-house clinical and operations team to identify new opportunities for service optimisation and expansion.
Channel development.
Paid media agency relationship management.
Relationship Management of the Superdrug Online Doctor business.
Stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
Queries and requests from the Superdrug team.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly performance reviews, which include performance analysis and actionable items that are co-owned by ZAVA and Superdrug to further improve performance for both the Superdrug and ZAVA business.
Data insights and actionable outcomes for you, your Superdrug counterparts and team of specialists.
Working cross-functionally with specialists in your team (SEO, content, email, PPC).
UX optimisation via CRO testing with product, UX and data teams.
What we're looking for
First and foremost, you will have experience in digital marketing, with exposure to several channels, including PPC, Social, SEO, CRM and content.
Data is key. You’ll be data-driven with an understanding of how to find and use relevant data to identify areas of opportunity and improvement - we’re seeking a creative thinker with an analytical mind.
Experience producing and delivering impactful presentations and visual reports.
Strong stakeholder management, including the ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with internal and external individuals of varying seniority.
An ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, while working at pace and to tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with data to spot trends, generate insights, and suggest improvements.
Proactivity and creative thinking are crucial. You will need to generate ideas to optimise and drive growth as part of your daily responsibilities.
Proven ability to coordinate end-to-end cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders across SEO, PPC, CRM, Content, Commercial, Product, and data teams.
Experience influencing stakeholders using data-driven insights to support commercial and marketing decisions.
Experience with Lightdash, Looker, or other analytics tools is a plus and experience using Jira for project management is highly desirable.
Experience with Google Workspace: Slides, Drive, and Sheets is an advantage.
Nice to have, but not at all essential
Experience in the healthcare, digital health, eCommerce, or direct-to-consumer sector.
Experience working in a paid media agency
